The war ist lost in Detroit and Wall Street

It’s just a couple of months ago that most US citizens and a lot of people around the world still believed that their way of life was superior to any other social and business scheme in the world. Much like missionaries in the 18th century US politicians were convinced that they could solve all problems in the world by exporting the US way of life to the rest of the world. Now it’s probably obvious to most US citizens that their society model is not superior and no more admired by the rest of the world. This will have a much larger impact on the world than the the billlions of taxpayers dollars absorbed by the financial and automotive industry.
